Mr. Joel Fagg is a General Manager at the Palace Hotel, as well as Puma Hotels' Collection in United Kingdom. He is also a Member of the Institute for Hospitality; a  Springboard UK Ambassador participating in the Pilot Mentoring Scheme and a Committee Member for PATH (Placement Advisors for Tourism and Hospitality). He also helps organizing, developing and judging for the National Acorn Scholarship. He endeavors to encourage, develop and support new people joining the hospitality industry, by speaking at industry events and mentoring as well as designing specific work placements for students from within the UK and overseas.

As General Manager at Puma Hotels’ Collection, Mr Fagg is  fully responsible for all aspects of the hotel and business including overseeing an annual budget of over £4 million, 130 staff and management of the site. He does additional work for the Puma Hotels’ Collection on projects including redesigning the Group’s Meeting and Event Brands and the Group’s Food and Beverage offering, through offers, supplier contribution and team incentives; this ensures they are consistent across the Group for their customers and staff, along with increasing our Group revenue by a forecasted £1 million per annum. He is currently heading up a project to create an operationally based Bachelor of Science Degree program that will be embedded in Puma Hotels Collections.
